Nicole Lansbery (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with more than 17 years of experience serving the Austin community.

In addition to serving as Director of Operations for ADBTA, Chelsea Cohen is an adjunct faculty member at St. Edward’s University, where she teaches Abnormal Psychology, trains clinicians in adherent DBT, and works with clients to identify how they can effectively use coping skills to build a life worth living.
Clinical Director of Operations
Danielle is a Clinical Social Work Supervisor and serves as Clinical Director of Operations for Mindfully Texas, Therapy Austin, and Austin DBT Associates. She is a generalist at heart and believes therapists must model flexibility and be ready to tailor the treatment to fit each client. She relishes training clients to become their “own therapists,” as well as training actual clinicians in a variety of treatment modalities.
