Hi – my name is Alex.
I know life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, or difficult life experiences on your own. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative space where we can explore what’s holding you back, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that help you move toward the life you want. Whether you’re navigating a personal crisis, relationship challenges, emotional pain, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to help you take the next step with confidence.
My experience includes working with individuals facing trauma, depression, suicidal thoughts, crisis situations, and major life transitions. I’ve supported children, teens, adults, and families, helping them develop personalized treatment plans and connect with meaningful resources during difficult times. My work is grounded in evidence-based care, and I often incorporate mindfulness, psychoeducation, solution-focused strategies, and strengths-based approaches to meet each person’s unique needs.
Before becoming a therapist, I studied psychology and social work while gaining experience in research focused on veterans’ mental health and suicide prevention, as well as mentoring and teaching students from diverse backgrounds. These experiences strengthened my belief that healing happens through connection, understanding, and hope. If you’re ready to begin your therapy journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you and help you create lasting, meaningful change.
