Hello! Welcome to my page. Taking the first step toward counseling can feel overwhelming, and I want to recognize the courage it takes to reach out for support. You do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I believe every part of who we are has a story and a purpose. Sometimes, the ways we have learned to cope may have once served us well but no longer feel helpful. Rather than judging or trying to eliminate those parts, I believe healing begins with curiosity, compassion, and understanding. Together, we can explore your experiences, identify patterns, and work toward greater self-acceptance and emotional well-being.
I support adults and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, difficult relationships, trauma, sexual abuse, LGBTQ+ identity concerns, life transitions, and other challenges. My experience also includes crisis intervention, clinical assessment, individual treatment planning, and supporting young people and families navigating difficult situations. During my training, I facilitated process groups in a county jail and supported youth and families experiencing family concerns and crises through a youth helpline.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you feel comfortable being your authentic self in the session. I believe that a trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change. You deserve to feel heard, respected, and understood. Whether you are facing a specific challenge, navigating a difficult relationship or transition, or simply feel ready for something to change, I would be honored to walk alongside you. Together, we can work toward greater understanding, acceptance, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of yourself.
